We offer wellbeing programs for individuals of all ages and corporate environments who value health and wellbeing.

Our goal is to reduce the risk of injury and allow people to keep doing what they love for longer. Movement is not to be dreaded or feared, it is to be embraced and enjoyed. Fitness and movement does not need to result in pain or injury to be good for the individual.

Giorgi Ciot

Our founder and master trainer, Giorgi is an empowered woman who is passionate about movement and dance with years of professional performance and training experience to draw on and share. Her delightful interpersonal skills enable connection, communication and collaboration with her clients to create uniquely personalised and uplifting experiences. Striving for optimised healthy choices, and discovering accessible movement that works for the individual, amalgamates to create Hy Vibe Body Moves.
