Whole Body Vibration is vibration transmitted to the whole body by the surface supporting it. Our favourite form of whole body vibration is Hypervibe & their various machines and products.
What is Hypervibe?
The HyperVIBES are driven by the mechanical vibration and G force via the machine which activates muscles, joints, and reflexology zones to create a warming circulatory effect in muscles faster than any other exercise. The hypervibe plate uses a repetitive pivotal movement circulating kinetic pulses of energy throughout the body. Each plate and frequency of energy can be customised to the user's taste under their own control.

Every one and every body is welcome to Hy Vibe Body Moves whole body vibration classes. However we suggest a consultation if you are unsure or consult your physician. Please refer to the waiver for contraindications (link waiver) Children under the age of 18 need a parent to sign for consent and the waiver.

For your first class please arrive 10 minutes early. For classes following please arrive 5 minutes early. Entry to class is not permitted 5 minutes after the start time for safety and respect to fellow participants.

We offer a reschedule subject to availability for an alternative date or time. You can cancel your booking. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
All sessions and appointments booked at hyvibebodymoves.com are to be pre-booked and are non refundable. No payments will be reimbursed for any reason. Please cancel within 24 hours so we can allocate the spot to somebody else due to these classes being boutique, exclusive and in demand. Please see this information on the waiver before booking.

Yes. As a boutique setup with a maximum of 3 machines (3 people per class), it is essential to pre book and pay for your session in advance. Classes can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance.

Most people get addicted quickly to the vibes. We suggest booking in for up to 3 classes a week. However, 2 classes per week or even one class will achieve positive results.

Most injuries (within reason) can be managed and helped with the use of the Hypervibe. There are some contradictions and best to contact Giorgi to discuss your injury and the best direction forward before booking.
